From being the Owner to managing the Cafe recently from the management level, our owner has been involved in every aspect of the Moki Cafe from the very beginning. With a degree in Bachelor in Hotel Management and internship experience in a “4 Season Resort” in Lankawi island, Malaysia, he has always been curious and dedicated to contributing to the Hotel Management industry with highest quality of service.

From maintaining the quality of the food and drink, to maintaining and preserving the hygiene of the café, to ensure smooth running of apartment with seamless service, Our superhero multitasker Mr. Manager, has been his best since 2 years+. Ensuring the best, healthy and consistently tasty food, Mr. Manager always has been efficiently managing the Café.

With training from one of the top barista training centers in Kathmandu, Our Barista has been working with us since 2022. Friendly barista with 2+ years of experience, our barista is skilled in customer service, coffee and food pairing, and inventory management. Our barista is also knowledgeable on coffee varieties and flavors with touch of art.

Our Head Chef is one of the main reasons why the Moki is so firmly established among the top cafes in the area. With a background in cooking and keen interest with years of experience in the industry, heavy on flavor and light on calories, chef’s dishes are always fresh and delicious. Our Chef has always been interested in learning new skills hence we are able to provide homemade bakery items and new dishes every once in a while.

Our assistant chef has been working as an assistant chef and helping out head Chef with a highly skilled maneuver. With keen interest to do something in the Hotel Management industry, our assistant chef has been proving to be best in the kitchen.

Hidden gem in Nagarjun. Was really happy to discover that place, since it is difficult to find decent coffee in Nagarjun. Moki seems quite popular among locals, which I fully understand. They serve some of the best coffee in the area, even better than most in Thamel. Food is also very decent. Tried the chicken burger, chicken sandwich, masala omelet and chili momos. Everything was good.
